So if, for example, you focus on what you don't want and you have feelings behind those thoughts, then you will continue to get what you don't want, as that is what you are attracting. Likewise, if you focus on what you do want, and have the feelings that make you feel like you already have what you want, then you will attract more of that. It is based on the Law of Attraction. Like attracts like. Success attracts success. This is a crucial read if you want to find out how to get what you want. This is one of those books that can be a life changer. Seriously.
